Texas snow

Got some snow in Texas this week. Donuts in the parking lots.

7200. Doesn’t get driven a lot, that’s what makes issues like this even more frustrating.

My 23 SAS had a bad leak at 6000 miles. Dealer replaced pinion seal. They claim they cleaned it all off everything really well but I am still seeing small amount of oil on bottom of gearbox. Not sure if residual or still leaking somewhere. Keeping an eye on it.

I took my top off to address the one that would not fully seat and ended up having to re- tap three. I assumed the issue was the top but my problem was with the location of the threads on the bronco. There was a definitive spot where the nuts should have been and three were off and did not line...

It was 1.25 inch which gave me the 3/4 I needed. I didn’t notice any difference in the ride at all. I’m sure a heavier bumper and winch will bring you back down at least that much.

Thanks for the reply and the info. After my 1.25” level my CV axle is sitting at 10 degrees at ride height and 24 degrees at droop, so it’s not far off the standard SAS geometry. Gives me a better feeling about future potential issues. Thanks again.
