I haven't noticed any difference, but I have a Black Diamond, so no High or Lux package was available to me. To be more specific on the recall though, they don't give you a new windshield. The recall was due to some of them not being seated properly with risk of a full shatter in a collision...

1/17'er here. Just got my first service done with oil change and had them do the windshield recall as well. Dropped off at 8:30 am and it was ready by 2:30 pm.

Are you Convoy? It seems Convoy takes longer to ship out. Rail tends to ship from MAP faster, but then sits at the rail yard at the Final Destination. I wish they would let me just come pick the darn thing up.

On my Black Diamond, I got my tear tag and I was in ICE/Dirt Mountain for over 3 months. Once you move from "in production" to "built" on the tracker, you are then just waiting for shipping.
