No one can say for certain but if you are a 4-door soft-top 2.3L you might get one for Christmas but I wouldn't count on it. If you have a hard top by choice (4 door) or requirement (2 door), you've got quite a wait ahead of you.
Two thoughts. First, I can't believe I'd pay extra for that. Second, I can't believe designers could make that look cohesive and good while current designs look like garbage.
I feel for you. I did not get an official price in writing, never even occurred to me when I order months ago. I do have a few emails where they agreed to no additional markups but nothing official. I will make sure to get something more iron clad when I reorder next month but I'm not sure it...

My daughter's car is a total oil covered pain in the ass so I pay someone else.
There is something I enjoy about doing it myself but you're right in that you don't save much, if at all.

And second, because I can. I'll solder two aux switches into the...
Ford's problem is that they didn't inform the designers that the only top is the MIC. These dark metallics would look quite nice with a painted top. With the mic though, you have to embrace the retro lighter matte colors. Otherwise it just end up looking like some beamer with junkyard parts...
