  1. Best Budget Air Compressor for Sand

Definitely makes sense, fully plan on utilizing that button as I had fogs before.
  2. Best Budget Air Compressor for Sand

The $50 is definitely hard to beat, heck if I end up going with an ARB or something else down the line it’s still good to have. I’ve actually been eyeing your fog light setup ever since converting to a modular bumper. Just waiting on some house renovations to finish first lol
  3. Best Budget Air Compressor for Sand

Dually noted! Was wondering if the difference b/w the two was just the base on them. ps. hope to see ya out on the beach this summer
  4. Best Budget Air Compressor for Sand

Update: just purchased a used Viair 450p from someone selling their RV for $50. Should be picking it up tomorrow and diving in then. Definitely will still be doing the quad setup but have loved hearing how bulletproof the Viair offerings are. Hoping I can mimic the under hood mount someone did...
  5. Bronco EV reportedly on hold until early next decade (⚠️ ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS)

I am no pro on how EV drivetrains work, that may require some extra independent research lol. As far as why the Rivian is so fast, part of that does boil down to the motors. Not only does it allow the car to send power to each tire that has grip while one may be slipping in a drag race, but it...
  6. Bronco EV reportedly on hold until early next decade (⚠️ ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS)

From the article you quoted (bottom portion talking about Mach E GT): “MOTORS 2 permanent-magnet synchronous AC; combined output, 480 hp, 634 lb-ft; 88.0-kWh liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery pack” The wording may be funny, but I assure you it’s two motors. Example of Rivian with 4 motors...
  7. Bronco EV reportedly on hold until early next decade (⚠️ ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS)

That mileage is highly dependent on use case though. Driving around town in consistent stop and go? Added EV range from a PHEV or hybrid will be greatly beneficial? Doing a highway trip to work every day that’s 20+ miles at 65mph? Probably not worth it. Plus the Ford has the benefit of being...
  8. Best Budget Air Compressor for Sand

Appreciate the insight. Glad to see it’s solid in real world usage. @Tricky Mike was there any other developments on the mount in the cargo area? The box you mentioned looks solid but having it stored fully out of the way would be great. Also can the compressor be used for one tire on occasion...
  9. Bronco EV reportedly on hold until early next decade (⚠️ ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS)

The hybrid RAV4 we have has a CVT and I heavily prefer it to a traditional auto at this point. Will occasionally drive MIL’s Highlander and after feeling that first auto shift I immediately think it’s broken. Odd how perception changes.
  10. Bronco EV reportedly on hold until early next decade (⚠️ ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS)

I’m not super into a Bronco EV, but that’s also cause I wanted a manual transmission. Toyota is reportedly trying to develop an EV with a manual but that’s currently vaporware. Tbh if a car is an auto I don’t care that much if it’s an EV or ICE. What ICE cars should I be excited about that...
  11. Best Budget Air Compressor for Sand

I have the Ryobi suite of tools so can look into what they offer that’s similar. Definitely appreciate it. Does the “Complete 4 Way with Gauge” have four hoses and everything I’d need? Currently leaning this direction?
  12. Best Budget Air Compressor for Sand

Looking to purchase a portable air compressor setup that won’t break the bank. I am gearing up for what I’d need to drive on the beach for fishing and pretty quickly learned my small air compressor that uses my cigarette lighter won’t cut it. I’d love to do a dual ARB setup down the line but...
  13. Long Island Broncos - THIRD annual Run To The End - April 27, 2024

Which beach permit would be best to look into for this? Still need to squire one for summer of 2024. Ideally looking to get something that works for the Nassau / Suffolk border.
  14. Bronco Raptor R news coming 1/17... see upcoming Ford Performance video description

Not sure how much I’d bank on that description being that seven vehicles listed on there have been discontinued.
  15. It’s MY25, your Bronco is getting a refresh, what are your most desired changes/adjustments?

A proper map display would be lovely in the gauge cluster. Give me that with a tach dial flanking it on one side and mph flanking it on the other and I’d be in heaven. Probably one of the most reasonable takes on here yet. They’re not going to decontent it (sorry folks it’s 2023, time to accept...
  16. New York WTB Modular Front Bumper

Shoutout to @JL8jeff Just picked it up today after a 5 hour ride out and 6 hours back. Better ways to spend vacation time but rather this than spending an extra $400-500
  17. New York WTB Modular Front Bumper

Appreciate you sending! Just messaged him
  18. New York WTB Modular Front Bumper

Will definitely keep you posted. Just an fyi it got scraped a bit (why I’m looking to replace) but looks to be fully straight.
  19. New York Sold: WTB Modular Front Bumper

Looking to buy a modular front bumper w/ sensor holes and attached brackets. Ideally including tow points as well. Don’t need skid plate as I have a capable bumper. Can travel across lower NY or off NY Thruway, Northern / Central NJ, off I-95 in CT or off I-91 in MA. Also can travel to southern...
  20. Capable to Modular Bumper Swap?

Is following the earlier mentioned video’s process of trimming the sensors feasible? He mentions it at 11:20 just using a box cutter to nix the tabs which won’t fit. edit: looks like the sensor retainers you linked should take care of that. And the sensors you linked that might be unpainted...
