  1. Missing paint in the door jam

No apologist here - just a realist looking at a real video of a real Bronco and not seeing the problem you evidently want to see.
  2. Missing paint in the door jam

Front door jamb is perfect - You are trying to find a problem where there isn't one. It is tiresome for the rest of us so you might want to give it a break.
  3. I don’t want to worry 2DR buyers but this doesn’t look good.

I actually think this is a good move on Ford’s part. They obviously have a bunch of bad tops that are not first quality, but are dry, so they put them on built units until the top production can catch up. When they get a batch of good, first quality tops, they just switch them out and send the...
  4. 4dr. Badlands 2.3/7MT test drive report

I drove that one and they didn't care that I didn't have a res with them. You should be fine.
  5. My Test Drive of a Badlands 2.3 7MT

Thanks, I'm lucky to have a wife who drives a manual and loves trucks!
  6. Missing paint in the door jam

@xcxv Is this your Bronco? When was it built?
  7. Auto stop/start only on the Automatic Transmission.

No need to do crazy wiring defeats for this - it will turn off and stay off if you choose. On my manual test drive it was already off when I cranked the engine the first time and stayed off until I turned the function back on later.
  8. Auto stop/start only on the Automatic Transmission.

On my test drive Auto Start/Stop was off when I cranked it. I drove around and stopped a ton before realizing it wasn't doing the auto start/stop. Had to re-engage the function before it would cut the engine when I stopped. As others have said, just mashing the clutch cranks the engine - it...
  9. My Test Drive of a Badlands 2.3 7MT

Exactly. The reviews were complaining about something very easy to fix. Just shift to stay in the power band if you want power - duh. For just puttering around and economy, 2500 is fine and for acceleration and performance, 3500 will be best. The beauty of having a manual is driving it...
  10. My Test Drive of a Badlands 2.3 7MT

For me I want a manual first of all so the 2.7 is not an option. Having said that, the 2.3 felt really good even with the loaded 4 door Badlands weight. If you want to be zippy in everything you do, the 2.7 no doubt will be better.
  11. My Test Drive of a Badlands 2.3 7MT

Today I got the chance to drive a four door Badlands 7MT at Capital Ford in Raleigh. First off, the guys there said they couldn't sell it for 6 months so that's good. Also said they could have sold it 10 times in the 2 days they've had it. Thoughts on Manual- Soft clutch, easy to use, and...
  12. Not Mansquatch… womp

Just set up my appointment! Thanks for the info
  13. The Plan & Offer - Stephens Auto Center's Mid Atlantic Bronco Connection

Someone answered this in another thread. The mirror has little resistance at first os the door pushes it open a little until you can easily exit (if you're inside). Mirror only moves a little bit in this case. As they said - this is not an issue.
  14. The Plan & Offer - Stephens Auto Center's Mid Atlantic Bronco Connection

@StephensAutoCenter John, where are you guys now in your allocation that have build week/day? You were at 50 a while ago. Thanks!
  15. Ford forced to pause Bronco production due to chip shortage, leaky factory roof

yes, please delete before this is 30 pages of angst. Thanks
  16. âť“ The Mother-of-All Bronco FAQ's Thread

First of all, you deserve a medal... or at least a pineapple pizza patch. Thank you! An addition not mentioned yet - Factory winch and trail cam issues.

I'll be sure not to talk to you off-line
  18. My Cactus Gray Big Bend just delivered. First pics & early impressions

hmmm.... I love me some rye old fashioneds but not into much fruit. I still may have to try to make that.
  19. [Update: NO RECALLS] Dealer says 2021 Bronco has first recall and being sent back -- tire / wheel issue?

I doubt a wheel or tire issue is going to turn around a delivered vehicle. Seems pretty sketchy to me. Might get some real info from the dealer before posting a rumor.
