I spent my 104,000 Ford pass points at the dealership the other day. Picked up a couple much needed items. 👍
Let's see how long it takes for my video to be taken down. Kinda odd, considering other people are able to post their YouTube videos on here. Not mentioning any names because I think...
Maybe. But subtract the turbos and just do the other simple bolt ons with a good tune. You'll still get lots of power. The 2.7 bone stock already has 415 ft pounds of torque. What's the 392 470? Not that far off even stock.
I'm also digging the way the rush of the turbos feel. It's like a...
I still think it's the same engine. Those are bolt ons. It's not really that evolved. Plus it would still cost way less then the Jeeps 392.
But honestly I'd be happy with just the performance tune from Ford. The 2.7 has plenty of power even bone stock. No need to get crazy.
I agree. The Hot Pepper Red does change colors. Most of the time it looks burnt Orange to me. Sometimes it has a hint of Red. I absolutely love it.
My 2 door with the 2.7 feels like a 4x4 Hot rod. It's without a doubt one of my favorite vehicles I've ever owned. 👍
I was not disappointed in my Eruption Green spec. I basically put it up on Ebay for alot of money and didn't think it would sell. Well it sold and I immediately regretted it. Took the profit and decided to do everything I could to get another one.
I did get the modular steel bumper with this...
My Jeep Wrangler has the 2.0t 4 cylinder in it. It's plenty of power but it's not no 2.7 twin turbo V6. With a good tune I would put the 2.7 in a category next to the 392 as far as power goes. And with bolt ons like down pipes, intercooler, bigger turbos and a professional tune the 2.7 will...
Different world for sure but closer to the old muscle car world with the Bronco then my Jeep. I've had them all myself.
My Jeep is a Jeep. It's its own thing. Where my 2 door Bronco is like my hot rod muscle truck. If that makes sense. Just the way it feels. Hard to explain. I love when the...
Yeah. I'm a car guy myself and that's one of the big reasons why I Love the 2 door Bronco Sasquatch with the 2.7 engine.
It really has a Hot wheels, hot rod, Tonka truck vibe. It's like a big toy. It's just really cool. IMO.
I've been a muscle/high performance car guy forever and this is the...
Lol. I know. It's all good. Like I said I own both so I'm not being biased or attacking you in any way. I was just point out some of the misconceptions that some die hard Jeep guys run wild with. Not you.
Also I get waiting as long as you did is frustrating. The same thing happened to me. I...
Even if that's the case tie rods are inexpensive. And like I said there's some companies coming out with some pretty nice aftermarket tie rods.
I'd rather break a tie rod any day over a solid front axle.
As far as the steering system goes I don't know. How many are truly failing? I guess...
Most of the tie rods being broke are from people sending it or improperly lifting the Bronco and putting the tie rods at a harsh angle. I do one thing I'd rather break a little inexpensive tie rod then snap an expensive solid axle. A member on the Jeep forum broke an axle basically just hooning...
