I’ve seen that that’s happened to some other folks on here. If I remember correctly it’s just fords system being goofy. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.
That’s so crazy to me. They can’t expect everyone to be on these forums and know how to track all this stuff. Just another example of how Ford handles things.
Not one email. Never got an order confirmation email. No scheduling. Nothing. They said my email is in the system. They had me change to another email and sent me an email to confirm it worked. BUT your stuff and my stuff has been lining up pretty much the same and I haven’t received anything...
When did you get your “built” email? I have never once received and email from Ford and I spent some time on customer service yesterday trying to figure out why. They seem to think things have been sorted out, but I have my doubts.
From what I understand it basically represents the last step before you are cleared to be shipped. Someone else on here can probably better explain it haha.
I now have the option to “activate vehicle” in the ford pass app.. I checked about an hour ago and the option wasn’t there… no tear, just mods so far.
