Yep! As soon as I'm connected to the person in Chat I ask them this "I would like to check the status of my vehicle order Order code: XXXX. Sales code: XXXXXX.
A couple minutes later I get my answer...
That's correct. Went in and ordered... I placed the order on 3/2 but I'm looking closer at Ford's website and it says an order date of 3/7.. dealership must have taken their time... but I did order VERY base model.. only added AUX switches.
The nice lady in the CHAT gave me my VIN and Build Date Week of 6/13...but when I place the VIN in the "Tracker"... only shows order confirmed with no build date... Y'all might get more info from the CHAT..just a thought.
When I first contacted Ford through their customer service line they told me the same thing as well...no order found.....but I was calling on the day the order banks were closing so they were busy... I called back the next day and they finally saw my order. But, like I said before, I have never...
