i'm gonna flip my first edition bronco for 80k - says customer #2672
……………...- not anymore says customer #6496
maybe I can STILL profit 10k and sell for 70K if I say it's rare says customer # 535
yuuup..the extra sound come with territory. I will say I put AT's on my honda element. the tire sound is pretty loud, and the mileage dropped quite a bit as well. seems like every year I get older the sound gets louder..
too bad the bronco and sasquanch package didn't come out 20/30 years...
there are several things like like about the bd but I can live without most of them.
right now my main fight is getting the vin/rub package on the base or bb. if I can't for some reason it's move up exclusively just for it, and pay more or deal with cloth.
seems like the bd is geared...
i'm sure some peeps will like certain blackout looks, even ones that aren't nice just becuse they are
.but to me these look very unfinished. you can go all black and have some style. these just leave you hanging. even colored bolts seems like it would help them
i'm not saying I agree with him. and he's not going to be the only one that feels that way.
he just wants to have something that a lot of people won't have. regardless if his reasons are stupid and petty.
these limited edition things are always preferred over non. take for example...
listen to the OP. he's not upset about the car,. he's upset it isn't special enough anymore because they bumped up production to 7000 models.
i'm sure he's not alone thinking like this. the psychology of limited editions and having something thought of as "more special" is strong in not...
I can deal with a lot of things, but the black steel wheels was a big miss on this model. there needs to be some contrast. the lower end base or bb looks better than the black as well.
I doubt seriously the vinyl will be like 70/80's bike seats or other dated versions where you stick to them. I could be wrong, but I expect a fused type of vinyl with other ingredients. somewhat similar to the honda element.
it only matters if ford doesn't let you individualize it.
I started at the ob as I wanted the upgraded leather and bigger screen. thing is, I still wanted the bigger engine as well. the price just keeps going up. it's always just a little bit more....this is not an inexpensive car optioned...
those sascrotch packages or bigger tires is gonna sound like your next to a turbine engine to anyone in the car.
I can only imagine how loud it's gonna be without a top or rag top.
only model that will be smooth is the base model running the radials.
anyone and everyone would benefit from...
that's because the bronco 4dr just doesn't look nearly as nice from a design perspective from the bronco 2dr..and to some, it applies vs the jeep as well.
the only way ford doesn't eat away at jeeps market share is if they come out with a homage of the cj-7 or like model. obv coming out with upgrades that you see them modded out with.
face it, the jeeps design and many things about it are unremarkable on many levels, for many years, and...
the jeep stopped being a jeep in 1984 when they took out all the gauges. they tried for more finishing and upgrades to a "jeep" essentially moving away from the ruggedness of a jeep look that many wanted. year after year.
also,...as many of us have gotten older the jeep became a hard...
lol @ ford if they don't let you pick/choose certain options and pay individually for them. even if they rape you on price.
if they don't they're making my decision to spend less money and buy the base even easier
I mean really,...is it that much to ask for rub/vin package on base or...
i'm sure it will be an upgrade that you can buy.
i'm on the fence if I like it. I know it's subjective but the black contrast that you get from the handles, side mirrors and fenders brings the design elements together and it looks better imo..
i'm also in the same camp as the dude pushing...
the bronco is much better looking car than the jeep. the 2dr model exudes a vintage vibe with new features and the non samsquantch models will attract buyers that prolly wouldn't even consider a jeep, because the 2dr bronc is closer looking to an suv than a jeep.
jeep could lose really big here
I really think many people don't know what they're missing with the rubber/ vinyl combo.
the fact that it's cleanable and that you're able to keep it new/fresh looking isn;t important to many because they don't know any better seems prevelant
