At first I was not happy, but my Mobridge wasn’t updated with the latest firmware and configuration for my speaker setup. I got that straightened out, Fraser sent the files, and it was night and day. It sounds fantastic and 10TW1 hits perfect with the power of the Mobridge. It is very clean and...
I just got an update from Fabian, note my order #289 placed 7/10/24:
“Hey Chris! You’re still a good 6-8 weeks out (over estimating).
Trying to do our best to speed things up. Basically with the first run of Slantbacks we learned a lot and made those changes to the squarebacks before starting...
I’ve got a lot of pics from my install, not enough to string together an install vid though. Too bad this ask didn’t come up a couple months ago, I’d have been more thorough! 🤣 @RagnarKon has some great vids for sure!
Right 72-5602 for the kicks. https://www.crutchfield.com/p_120725602/Metra-72-5602-Speaker-Wiring-Harness.html
I also used 300Hz bass blocker, which that link you shared appears to be the same ones and same vendor I bought from. I've since removed those due to going the mObridge route. It...
What was the reply? I just emailed Fabian for a status, but will try IG if I do t hear by tomorrow. He’s always been very responsive, slightly more so on IG.
Also I saw a couple installs that didnt appear to be influencers as well.
There have been a few posts on their IG of installing a few for customers, who did pickup/install option. They were still waiting on pallets for shipping is what I heard.
After install I double checked all the bolts and retorqued as a few needed another good turn. Make sure the spindle is packed well with grease. The only time I’ve had squeaks is when the rubber stops have loosened through driving/offroading. I added another nut on each to keep them locked in place.
You're welcome and sounds good. Note that I had a noticeable difference with upgrading to 6.5" with Mabett rear pods on my B&O, esp. with the mid bass, but the 4" may fill enough for you once you have it all in place. I covered the inside of the pods with Kilmat and added poly also.
I was also...
Just to follow-up, I tried 3 clips out of the 10 pack and they worked…sorta... However, on 2 of them, the cover was a bit loose and not totally snug against the dash. The 3rd clip made a snug fit and worked like a charm. So your mileage may vary with this alternate...
I wanted to update that these sliders have been excellent! I’ve dropped the full weight of the Bronco square on top of a boulder, in the middle of one of these sliders, and the paint was barely scratched underneath. No flex and no damage to the pinch weld or rocker. Here’s some pics and vids in...
Resurrecting this as I recently lost one of these dash speaker cover clips and have been hunting for a replacement. I found these that appear to be identical, and as they seem to be out of stock at many dealers, and will update if they work.

@srqfabrications is this still the latest design or have there been new updates? Are you still offering the @cost upgrade to the latest version for those that had v1?
My skid corner, where it lays o er the bumper, got snagged on a ledge and got shredded a bit... Bumper held up great though!
Sorry for missing this! I have 37’s with a 2.5” front/1.5” rear lift. Pic attached without the lift, stock WT height with 35’s. It definitely looks better with 37’s…
Correct, I got an updated sheet with the pink wires, per my post, and Frazer updated it on the site as the old one was still there.
@DrunkevAviator is correct, that's the wrong plug you're showing with the red/black wires...don't mess with that.
You have to unwind the felt tape from their...
Email Fraser @mObridge and he can send the tune file for your setup.
I talked to him about how best to wire the JL Stealthbox, he said to snip from their main harness and solder the 2 pink wires together and the 2 pink/silver wires together. I soldered these to some 14/2 CL2 speaker wire I had...
