I agree wholeheartedly, although it is ironic.... out of the Jeep, FJ, Land Rover, and Bronco, the Bronco is the only one to not have a military background, being a civilian/consumer vehicle first.
I plan to get Oxford White Outer Banks (not Wimbeldon, but oh well), and do the Poppy Red lower wrap and the Grabber Blue roof, with a matte black hood. I thought about starting off with a race red, but it's no where near Poppy red, so I'm going with Oxford with a painted top. Having a white...
It's too bad there's no ferry tank option, but there's no way Ford is going to be adding another tank anytime soon and running the vehicle through all the crash tests again etc.
Somehow Stroppe got a second tank in there on the 1971-75 Baja Broncos, but there was a lot less regulation back...
If it has shiny fender flares (aside from Sasquatch flares), door handles, or mirror caps, it is an Outer Banks trim. I'm fairly certain that is the only trim you'll be able to get 'shiny' painted components on (aside from optional painted tops).
Looking like I might do a Stroppe Baja Bronco... so I think I'm going to sell my Sasquatch 35 stockers on day one, and have these powder-coated white with more streetable 33's:
And then if Method produces the 105 race in the Bronco pattern (have we still not confirmed the bolt pattern as 6 x...
Was looking at doing a full monochrome Cactus Grey outer banks 2-door from the factory and calling it a day. But after seeing that Stroppe Baja render on the graphics post, I'm seriously thinking about getting a full monochrome Oxford White Bronco (even though I hate boring white vehicles) and...
And let's hope there'll be a tuning tool we can plug in to the ECU and reprogram the speedo and shift points based on final drive ratio and tire circumference!
Looks like somebody else (@Codiakmag) got different info than you did from Oracle Ford:

...And the fact that one of the early Car and Driver Bronco articles reported it as a 'teal' color, which had me excited... but I'm not interested in a Wedgewood type blue (especially after all of the TRD Cavalry Blue trucks and 4 runners already out there).
I dunno man, I can't stop thinking about this Stroppe scheme... I thought I had my Cactus Grey Sasquabanks all figured out, and then came across this post... dammit. Am I going to have to change my order to Oxford White with matching color keyed hard top, and then have the rest custom painted to...
Sorry, didn't mean to infer that they 'extended outward' per-se.... but we do know for certain that they're different somehow than the stock fenders... so I want to know if they'll still be painted, or just black plastic parts pulled from the Sasquatch bin....
Has this been 100% confirmed? I have this very question on a list for Ford that one of the more mainstream YouTubers is going to present to them for answers and make a new video when he gets the replies. In my book, one of the major draws for the Outer Banks trim is the painted body parts. I'll...
That's good to know, I've been emailing back and forth with them, but as soon as I asked about ADM, it's been crickets. You should post your findings in the dealer ADM thread so they can add Oracle Ford to the spreadsheet. It's kinda weird, there's yet to be a Tucson area dealer listed on the...
? Yes I read it and saw the Hermosillo plant mentioned. But if you just read the headline and watch the video, you have to wonder why they showed the Sport so much when it's a Detroit newspaper trying to show what the workers there in that state will be building. I'm becoming more anti-Sport by...
Based on the title of the article, are they sending Michigan workers to the Mexico plant?.... because at least half that FreePress video showed the Sport. The confusion strikes again.
I think I remember in one of the early release videos (like somebody else said here), there were already 200 Bronco accessories and 100 Sport Accessories. So that might be where the 300 is now coming from. But I'm really starting to hate the fact they named the Sport a Bronco Sport. It's just...
