I wouldn’t put too much stock on the “In Production” status. My tracker has been in that status since 10/28 when they initially scheduled me for 12/20, now I’m 2/14/22.
I did order online so they may update statuses for dealer orders differently. 🤷‍♂️
I wonder if the dealer can associate the order with your Ford account? i.e. add your account number to the order instead of just the email address? Not sure if that's possible but might be worth a try.

You will need the email and password you used when making the online reservation. Then just go to reservations/ orders and it should be there.
