I think the truth be told many who were going with either local dealerships or other dealerships like Granger are going to strongly consider canceling those reservations and going with Granger.
So essentially Granger has raised the bar even higher to see if the competition can stay with the new...
Looks like many might cancel existing reservations at Granger to place a new one in October.
Since the Bronco is delayed anyway this might not be a bad move.
For those to whom the Bronco is merely a Toy, perhaps a third car or a weekend joy ride, the $40-60k price is easily managed and not a financial burden.
For those to whom the Bronco is a do it all daily and a fun off-roading toy, perhaps their only vehicle, the joy it can bring to the daily...
From the looks of that tarp thingy trying to masquerade as a soft top l am sure the take rate for the optional hardtop on the 4dr will be close to 100%.
Guys this is how I think it is.
There are maybe about 150,000 reservations and let’s assume half of that, 75,000 or so may materialize into actual orders.
Maybe half or about 6,000 members of b6g will place an order. Which means about 70,000 of the orders will be placed by customers not...

Boxwood by a mile if there was a choice.
I would pick the Boxwood green over CG in a heartbeat.
It’s a shame Ford missed out badly when it comes to offering colors to truly complement the Bronco’s knockout looks.
Agreed.
My point was simply that CG color doesn’t collide with the gray top as some other colors seem to. Of course the trim would have to match the top.
It does seem to be a downward spiral.
Manuals account for only about 5% of automobile purchases so manufacturers offer only a few models so equipped and dealers who are only interested in moving inventory ASAP stock few and the few enthusiasts who do come around looking for a manual are...
No argument that ideally both engines should be available with either transmission.
I have little doubt that Ford will eventually come around to pairing the 2.7-Manual.
This is very true but since they are only after living the image they don’t have to live the reality and can do with an automatic. The non enthusiast will not be rock crawling and most will likely never see any off-road action.
The true enthusiasts however do create the necessary image and to...
