  2. ICON XD Forged Tie Rods

Looking forward to getting a set of these installed on my Bronco! The standard answer for any part on your 4x4 - When you beef up a weak link, it passes the loading on to other parts. On our Broncos... Beef the tie rod up, it will be passing that load into the steering rack. The question is...

74Weld. Edit: Beat me.... Yep, quite a lot of $$$ over. But those things are absolute machine shop porn, very sexy looking.
  4. Tailgate table for Bronco Raptor?

We've got the Outback Tailgator in the Northridge4x4 Bronco and use it quite often, whether it be making sammiches, holding tools or other gear, it sure comes in handy. Our might look a hair different, it is one the original prototypes from Outback Adventures: Yes, they will hold quite a bit...

  10. The Beer thread.

My kid and I spent a couple weeks in Scotland last month and I really fell in love with the variety of cask conditioned hand pulled beers. So much smoother than tap beer and the flavors were often way better.

  12. Negative offset wheels -- Will this rub on a sasquatch still utilizing the stock 35s?

Here is our Base model with 35" Patagonia X/Ts on TeraFlex Nomad wheels: The Nomad wheels are similar in size to what you are looking at - 17x8.5 with a 0mm offset, 4.75 backspace. The wheels you are looking at are 9" wide, so you'd have an extra 1/2" of width to the outside. Currently this...
  13. Negative offset wheels -- Will this rub on a sasquatch still utilizing the stock 35s?

No, it won't rub. It will move the tire out just over an inch per side. So overall you'll be a little wider than stock Squatch wheels.
  14. Zippo Fire-starting Paracord

Or how many would grab some, not realizing it is a fire starter and after cutting off a piece, they light the end to melt it to keep it from unravelling?
  15. Looking for honest feedback from former JL owners

I'm with you and @BroncoSarge, I like the JK better too. Though only because of the better seating position. Except for the weak, bending axles, the anemic auto transmission, the inferior suspension geometry, the heavier doors, the need to reprogram the computer just to put bigger tires on (or...
  16. Looking for honest feedback from former JL owners

Have driven and wheeled JL/JTs since they were introduced. Owned and wheeled a JK for almost four years, have wheeled TJs, YJs, CJs, XJs, ZJs and even old school flatties (along with a lot of other 4x4s). If you are larger in statue, the Bronco is so much more comfortable inside. Being 6'-6"...
