Yep, waiting for the updated UX to be flashed to the boards firmware. This is just the test model I’m using to help get all the features and functionality right. Once it gets updated and shipped back to me I’ll upload new pictures and video of the entire thing working.

The board on the inside of the bronco fob is too big to make smaller. This new housing is almost the same size, slightly taller and slightly thicker, but it offers a cool factor with its sleek design, and works much faster than the FordPass app. Is it for everyone? Nope, but I’m really digging...

Yep, I scuffed her up after constantly adding and removing different key rings. Was thinking of adding a silicon ring to my ring to prevent this in the future.

This is just the first test unit, but retail will be between $200-$300 once the design and UX have been completed. Definitely a luxury product from a materials aspect, not a NEED and really only necessary if it’s something you want. Sorta like the Bronco. Haha

This makes more sense. Simply transporting via tailgate, then removing it for operation, only To return it to the tailgate once it’s cooled. I’m a dipshit, thanks for making it obvious!

Interested in the long term exposure to heat the back panel takes on and how it directly impacts the bronco tailgate. Definitely a unique idea, but how are you dealing with the heat?

This will happen once we finalize the menus and UX totally. Don’t want folks getting the half-baked experience.
