Mine finally updated from "In production" to "Awaiting Shipment" on ordertrack and pizza tracker gives a 6/28 "Built" date. New delivery date revised from 6/21-27 to 7/14-17 per ford call center. Hoping.
Between you, me, and smocon, you have both engines, both tops, both transmissions, and a range of packages from mid to lux (data in the tracker sheet). Whatever is holding these up is not due to a particular config or option.
I seem to be in the EXACT same place. 6/4 blend date. Modules and tear tags about the same day as you. Still showing "in production" with a delivery date of 6/21-6/27. It has been in exactly the same state for about two weeks. No additional info from dealer or ford chat.
I'm getting nervous too. I have a 6/4 blend date. Shows in production on 6/7. Mods and tear tag showed up a few days later. Ford chat says done with ETA on 6/21-6/27... but ordertrack.app and ford's tracking show still in production.
Providing "real time" updates to consumers on the manufacturing process is a pretty new concept for ford. The overwhelming majority of their business is based on selling what is on the lot. Further, the systems that collect and report the information were not designed with consumers in mind...
you can find it on ordertrack.app, using the "view modules" link (motorcraftservice.com). That said, I think its just something that marks a step in the build process. If you already have a built and shipped email, then I'm not sure the tear tag tells you much. For me, the tear tag represents...
sequence 8245. blend date 6/4. Modules on 6/7. Tear Tag 6/8. Still "in production" on both orderapp and ford site.... oh and it shows as in stock at my dealer website.
update: dealer says its built with an expected delivery date between 6/21-6/28. Still shows "in production" on ordertrack...
