I think the unmatched b-pillar and top is a huge mistake. Looks like :poop:. The soft top also looks kinda crappy, but maybe they’ll come out with some nice aftermarket options.
The door thing I don't quite understand. Everyone was bitching about losing the mirrors and now they want them back. Visibility and ability to handle is likely true, since the Bronco is just a bigger vehicle compared to the Wrangler. The other stuff is kinda stupid. Most Broncos, like Wranglers...
I will always go soft top, even where I live. Florida weather changes every 5 minutes. Unfortunately the market isn’t there for the 2 door. Hopefully someone comes out with something, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. 4 door will always get priority.
2 door seems to come standard with a hardtop. 4 doors come standard with a softtop. Likely aren’t making a softop for 2 door because not that many would go for it.
Honestly think Jeep has the better looking soft top, but hopefully the aftermarket will take care of the Bronco. Bestop makes the OEM Jeep top, so maybe we’ll see something similar.
Hopefully the dash isn’t too in your face. My Grandma had an FJ Cruiser, “sounds crazy”, and the dashboard was awful. She’s like 5’6 and used a pillow to see above it.
This looks a little more in line with the Jeep dash. I hate trucks with those huge dashboards and hoods that you can’t see over.
Without that sound bar, a little more leg room and the width, you’ll probably be pretty comfortable. I’m 6’2” and have the same leg length as you with an average torso. My head almost touches the sound bar if I lean all the way back. Can’t wait to sit in a Bronco and compare the differences.
Just to let you know, my brother is 6’7” and he fits in his Gladiator. He has a long torso, so the sound bar is a slight issue, but he feels comfortable width and leg wise. 2” will probably alleviate some of that if you have long legs.
