    This is my plan when I install the kit. I am plan to replace one hinge at a time without taking off the door. I plan to prop the door. Remove hinge, replace hinge (with new hinge). Repeat process with second hinge. Does anyone know if there is an problem/issue with going this route?

    The video makes it look like a fairly easy install. I wonder if you could prop the tailgate up and install one hinge at a time? Maybe lessen the need for any major adjustments.
