Agree, from the photo's, appears hitch caused frame damage, happens often with trucks with rear hitches upon rear impact. Rear gate not being completely closed raises concerns with bent frame and or body twisting.
Why not just mount the license plate directly to the skid plate? We don't need a front plate in Michigan and 40 years ago when we did need a plate I still didn't mount one on my vehicles. I guess police never noticed or cared.

Fortunately you can change the color up until your vehicle is scheduled for production, after that your locked in. This is the condition with other Ford products, I doubt Bronco will be any different.
