big bend doesnt make sense to me. im thinking either the 2.7 base + sasquatch 2door vs. 2.7 black diamond (no squatch) 2door. which do you guys think will cost more?
I’m new to overlanding, what do you guys think of the black diamond just as it comes for overlanding. 32s rear locks marine vinyl seats and all that other stuff
sorry for a dumb question but I’ve never had a roof rack. Are roof racks easily removable or if I put a roof rack on my bronco, can I still take the top off the bronco or how does that work?
That’s also what I am wondering, I’ve seen many posts and writing of ppl saying 35s on a 4cyl is not good. And I am totally ignorant in that area so I don’t know if that’s true
Yah, the price will matter a lot for me as well, I’m choosing between those 2 because I want at least a rear locker which comes on the Black Diamond. But if a base Sasquatch is much less $$ than i might just go with that instead
with marine grade vinyl like on the black diamond, can I go roof/door less in the rain and not worry about anything getting messed up? Or is everything on the dash still susceptible to water damage?
for those who have plans to get a manual transmission and add the sasquatch package, it may not happen even though ford is "open to feedback"
although no one really knows, this is what my local dealership said:
"Sorry to hear they aren't building the configuration you wanted. I'll forward...
When a new car is released or next gen, there’s always people that say they would rather wait for the 2nd year of production to let Ford, in this case, work out the “kinks” from the 1st year car. Is this argument even valid? Does it really even matter if there are “kinks”? What do you think...
and this whole thread would be void if ford ends up offering the sasquatch on the manuals, i would get it even if i didnt need it because its done from ford and not 3rd party
thanks for the responses, I should have mentioned I am getting the base model 2 door, I have my mind set on that
im really just wondering if i would even need the sasquatch package, the shocks and locking axles for my lifestyle, I can just add a lift and tires on the base and be good to go?
Like a lot of people, I originally had plans to get the manual transmission with the sasquatch package(i like the lift and big tires and go anywhere idea). But we now know that my not be a possibility. For people that are knowledgeable in this department, would I really need the sasquatch...
