Had my doors off yesterday and coming down the mountain I was hearing this when letting off the throttle, goes away with throttle. Definately coming from front end so doesn't seem to be rear diff or a u-joint going bad. Monitoring myself for now, kind of sick of going to the dealer.
Your red circle is where its at, I am pretty sure. I went skiing a few times this year where I would get a warning that the precollision system wasn't available due the sensor being covered. That box was caked with snow/ice each time.

I had this debate. I went with BD SAS.
I figured the camera would be a gimick overtime but sometimes I wish I had it. 12" screen is nice but not a needed item. I feel kind of the same way with the stabilizer disconnect, but that can be done manually. 4.70 gears are needed as I may go up...
Drive a curvy mountain road and you will notice it. Way better when you have hairpin and tight corners. It absolutely modifies the steering in Sport mode.
