I don't think this is NHTSA compliant. All states require rear license plate to have a light on it and the third brake light needs to be seen from a certain angle. With the brake light in between the exterior tanks it looks like the view might be blocked from the side. Just throwing it out...

Too bad you couldn't leave the spare tire on and incorporate those on the sides or something. I just think it looks kind of funny without a spare tire on the back. Not bashing you or anything just my opinion.
