    No, you do NOT loose the sway e-disconnect by going SAS. Also, 2.7 10Spd-Auto comes with 4.46 ratio NOT 4.6. BL and FE come with sway e-disconnect standard, how does the FE keep the e-disconnect with SAS? You need better intel.
