I would not do anything different. Was at dealership last year and didn't know anything about the Bronco trims or packages. Got luck and found my 2021 OBX SAS Lux with winch and steel front bumper with only 1,990 miles on it. This is my favorite car/truck/suv I have owned my whole life.
Just finished up a fun little project for myself. I got the Lego Bronco plans from @lego__911 Thought it would be a fun thing to do to make a mini version.
I have 2021 OBX SAS and added Baja and Rock Crawl. I will have to double check but I thought I have all the goat modes available last I looked. If I am missing any it would be slippery mode.
On my OBX I bought the FP fuel tank and transfer steel skids and put on myself, very easy. I also used ForScan to all GOAT modes and some other things. This is my first time off roading too.
Edit: it came with steel mod bumper, winch and front and engine steel skids.

This one gives better detail on running plug and play harness wires back into the cargo area to wire up the backup lights. around 15:05 mark. I also watched these 2
Hope these help.
I just installed the turn off road Bronco billet chase light with 3rd brake light and back up light. Can’t wait to try it out this week.
I will say it is plug and play which is why I got it. It had all 3 things I’ve wanted to add to my OBX Sasquatch since it got it last July.
Its a good thing...
I always make sure all my windows are clean. I like to hand wash mine about every 2-3 weeks (more if I take it off roading), this is when I like to really look over everything top to bottom.
I ordered these from Amazon, I out them over my netting on the front door. Very happy with them.
