Seems like somewhat consistent is upgrade from soft to MIC is ~$700, and upgrade from soft to painted is ~$1900. Depends what the price of the soft top is alone, but in general I think the ballpark of the painted-modular is probably $3100~$3400 standalone, not including shipping.

The cyber orange fenders might be a bit too much orange/yellow in particular. If you also had a CO top, you would really stand out visually on the road.
I think the color-matched flares will look pretty good on many of the other colors.
I'm guessing there will be a fairly large market for...
I posted my thought at the end of another thread, but maybe it'll help to restate here.
It seems to me a simple solution for Ford would be to extend the Black Diamond MGV interior across the lineup:
FE:
+ An alternative to Navy Pier is desperately needed. I would keep the power seats as it was...
This was mentioned a few times in the thread, but just to reiterate, on the "Compare Models" PDF at least, it still lists the Steel Rear bumper as Standard on BD, BL, and FE:
Then again, the PDF also lists Rock Rails as STD on the FE, when the B&P has them as a $595 add on, sooo ... .

Excellent comments from everyone.
If Ford is truly listening, I think making the BD MGV interior available across the lineup is the solution to several problems, particularly for FE and BL.

This would have made sense to me, even just either a light or dark interior option in each of cloth, MGV, or leather-trimmed, maybe along with the super-premium saddle tan version.
I would take this as well, and it would be a tough decision between the two! I really like the light grey MGV...
I realize now why they've been showing the FE without a top (since 9/23) ...

I didn't think it was possible to get even less of the pre-production concept vehicle features, but Ford has done it!
I had a bad feeling when the MAP vehicles we've seen over the past few weeks only had MIC tops.
I also have a feeling that the price reduction is only the difference in cost...
The folds/wrinkles in the film from the two threads actually look pretty similar (upper right corner folded, three lower creases, about the same overalp from the horizontal and angled films). Enhance!
From Tuesday's thread...
