Might be a good idea to take it to a battery specialist store. Read a couple forum posts on other Ford forums, dealer tested battery said it was fine. Took it to a battery specialist and they found things wrong with the battery. At least then you'll know if it's a battery or an electrical issue.

If you can afford, at a minimum, front end wrap in PPF. I wished I would have done that immediately, so many paint chips.

Did you ever figure out the jerky shifting issue you were having? Mine jerks and makes a large clunk sound when going from park to reverse and from park to drive. I have 20k miles on mine.

Is your A/C on when this noise occurs? I had a weird noise coming from under the hood and I noticed if my A/C was off it stopped. Never determined the cause though.

I have an annoying rattle over bumpy roads too. I have not been able to locate the cause. Care to share the part #? I will check to see if this is the cause of my annoyance. 😀
