You're not alone. Multiple cases of this w/ members on this form. I just spoke to my salesman & he sent me a screenshot that shows "delayed pending pickup"......he also said the dealership owner asked Ford to mark my bronco "HOT" but was told they (Ford) would not. Best of luck to all of us. 😕

I ordered my Raptor in 03/23.....7/10 scheduled build.....7/12 in production. Was told by my dealer it was completed & to be at the dealership 08/12. NOPE, got an early morning call from dealer said it never made it onto the train, so it sits in Michigan. Ford HQ , & my dealer have zero clue...

Mine was built on 07/02 & was to arrive at my dealer on 08/11. I got a call on that day from my dealer saying the bronco wasn't on the train & it is unknown why or when it will be rescheduled. :cautious: Ford Marketing HQ has no answers & were zero help.

Are there any alarm adjustments that can be made via the info system ?
