As some of you may have already read I have been looking for other tire, the Good Year 315/70/17's are loader than I'm use to. I've driving driving a Ford diesel for years...But my 2020 trans blew and i'm on a three month wait list for repair...I tried everything,,,,2-3 months...Ford will only...
Looking to change my Good Year 315/70/17's..most of the tires I'm looking at are E rated, I read they are heavier, anything to worry about. I read there stiffer, any way around that...less air ?
Thanks
Went for a long trip, I like to photograph wildlife...150 miles on pavement and about 20 on dirt roads, no rock climbing for me.....tires are loud, and there's the wind noise..plus I'm going to need mud flaps for sure, my Cactus Gray went to dark brown. mud all over the sides and some on...
Just curious ...I have the Wildtrak that comes stardard with 315 70r 17's.. would the LT285/70R 17's go on the Wildtrak rims ? Just looking for more of a daily driver for now...I know I'm crazy but had to ask..
Thanks
