Far more important is selecting a tire shop that knows how to use their equipment, and shows respect to a customers property.
While true you don't HAVE to remove the rings, I would, just to safeguard from getting damaged during the process. Some machines like to run much closer to the rim than...
I got 20% off my BB, but it was also a leftover '24 I purchased in August '25. The best deals will be older stock, if you can find it, and compromise on your wish list. If you have to have exactly what you want, and the newest model year, the discounts will be much less. But ultimately, it's up...
Just based on your own your limited info, I would go with a BaseSquatch in your choice of doors & color, and build from there. If you want more Lux stuff, jump trims until you get a better starting point. 🤠
My only reference point is the only Bronco I've ever owned, my '24 BB 2Dr. Going in, my expectations were, it was going to ride like garbage, be loud on the road, with lot's of tire & wind noise. But I didn't care, because it was a toy purchase, not a DD. But it ended up shattering my...
Was there no discussion about what they found? That the new unit was test driven & confirmed ok? They just tossed you the keys, and off you went? Makes we wonder what they actually did...
These days, you have to verify EVERYTHING.
What is "a while"? Nothing you did, if done correctly, has anything to do with brakes. And if they were truly "locked up", you wouldn't be able to move it, at least not easily.
Are you sure it's not just rusty rotors? Are you sure it's the front? There is really nothing passive that could...
Can't speak to the new RT's, but the prev gen MT's are "relatively" quiet, for a large AT tire. Of course, such things are pretty subjective, so it depends on your reference point. Every true AT tire is gonna make some noise, relative to a AS tire, and of course, size matters too. I have the 35"...
Yeah, I guess it just depends how bad it is. We've had too many delivery drivers get stuck ( we have a couple spots of ~15 degree grades & a couple sharp bends..), so we rope off the driveway if we get snow. Some dumb@ss delivery driver will try it otherwise... 🫣
I dunno.... I could see it at the next FMC timing, whenever that ends up being. It wouldn't take that much extra engineering to protect for some lux upgrades, and either a V8 or 3.5 EB. Definitely a low volume halo model, but it has merit. I'd like to see it happen. 🤠
That's a really dumb article. The Maverick already has a Tremor model, which is as far as that platform can be pushed as an off-road version. Their suggestion makes zero sense. 🤪
lol.... well, who's fault is that?? 😂
In my neck of the woods, Amazon drivers walk the driveways....they are all long/hilly/curvy, and hardly anyone plows. I'm a considerate guy, and put a delivery box at the end of my drive! 🤠
I personally hate wheel locks, but they have nothing to do with the tires, it's the wheel type & stud threads.
You just need something with a 60 degree cone taper, and M12 x 1.5mm threads.
Make sure you check all the "fine print", as I'm sure there are plenty of qualifiers.....
If it's truly a legit deal with no money down and ~10K miles a year, it's a solid deal.
I played around with it in the snow a few weeks ago....it was cool, but not likely anything I'd need to use. I can get through Ohio Teddy Bear Pass in 2H. 🤠
Could also be an electronic component to it, causing a failure. Best to wait, see what the dealer finds when they pull it out. By all accounts, these TC's seem pretty robust, both versions, so I'd say you are just unlucky.
I may be wrong, but I think the only thing you lose by not subscribing is the turn-by-turn route guidance, the maps are still there. So, pending your preferences, may not be worth the subscription cost. Personally, I rarely use the guidance system, I just navigate using the maps.
