I'm talking about the sensors for blind spot monitoring, not parking sensors.
The BLIS sensors are on the corners behind the fascia panel that you remove to install the tail lights.
My instinct is this swap shouldn't affect them, since they are lower profile lights. But it would be nice to...
The install instructions are available on the Morimoto site. Looks like completely plug & play, with just the added install of the included resistors for stock halogen instead of LED.
But I seem to recall the sensors for blind spot monitoring were housed inside or very near to the tail light...
First aftermarket taillights I've actually liked.
Install instructions available yet?
Fully plug & play, or do they require some sort of adapter harness or Forscan edit?
I also see the product page only lists the Raptor as an option to check fitment. It doesn't prevent you from adding to cart...
Thanks.
In trying to find out more about the status of both the BP-51 and MT64 for the Bronco, I reached out to ARB.
Eventually I found someone willing to confirm that, while OME development for the Bronco is not actually cancelled, it has been put on "indefinite hold".
He said he's not sure why...
We didn't get a change to check software versions. (Had limited time before we had to move due to incoming tide.)
Definitely felt like we were on to something with a difference between 22 and 23 models. And the fact that at least a couple of us with 22s remember using cameras in Sand mode...
So I'm currently at the Northwest Bronco Roundup in Florence, OR. We had just under 150 Broncos meet up on the beach this evening, and a couple of use noticed a new issue:
Our cameras are no longer usable in motion in Sand mode.
Previously, we could use our cameras while in motion, as long as...
That's exactly who I was going to recommend. I reached out to him on FB and he linked me back to this thread. So looks like we got him from both angles!
Swapped out my factory 33s for 35s. Pulled the crash bars to replace with the higher clearance lower profile version from Readylift. Front bars slot in just fine, just like the factory ones.
Rear bars, different story. They appear to be slightly too large. Pounding on them with a mallet I can...
@Ryan at ARB
Strongly considering OMEs for my Badlands now that I've upsized the tires. Couple questions:
For a non-Sasquatch 2.7 Badlands with the HD Modular Bumper, a roof rack, and Pakrax with Rotopax (that's also my daily driver), would you recommend Medium/Light or Medium/Medium?
I'm...
I've got the 450P for my Badlands and 33s, coupled with a MorrFlate 4-hose system. Works great.
Only two negatives are that it takes a bit longer to air up (not a bad exchange for a 100% duty up time) and that it takes up space (relative to an on-board solution).
I'd been toying with one of...
Had a blast! Wish we had been able to get up there for the first couple days, but we're definitely going to try and attend the whole thing next year. Wife is definitely sold on more Bronco trips, and she is much more comfortable driving it after taking about half of the 15-hour highway round...
For any who were not already aware, Gold Country Broncos is hosting a Bronco Academy at Prairie City this Saturday! Detail in this thread: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/bronco-academy.67848/
