Hear me outā¦. What if we take a normal bronco suspensionā¦slap some 40s or bigger on that ⦠and slap a small bronco sport on top of it.
āI may not have a brain gentlemen; but I have an idea.ā
As a blacked out Everglades owner; I salute š«” you. We named ours āfenrirā š. May the ābeastā serve you well as ours has served us.
Plus the best perk of owning a risen broncoā¦.. Iāll tell you a secret; you donāt need a jack anymore to do oil changes HAHA!!
Im pretty sure itās like a AWD 4x4. Itās not your traditional system like the big brother bronco.
Where your 2WD and activate 4WD.
But it does have goat modes, and it probably could get you through some nasty terrain. But again if you are going off road where you need first off ⦠height ā¦...
Right?!
Also yeah I know it has 4x4 ā¦. Sorry I meant more the size and console part is very similar to the escape we had. It was like jumping back into the car we traded in ā¦. Just with bronco badged all over it lol š
Being honest here too; my wife traded in her old car for our newer car.
We looked at the bronco sport; granted it was not the āsasā edition, but the car she traded in was a ford escape 2014.
The bronco sportā¦.. and I say this with ALL respectā¦. It literally felt like the same exact car but...
I can tell you with confidence; it does NOT help much noise wise. Family has MIC without it and it sounds the same as ours that has the liner.
HOWEVER; if you are like me and like Velcro patches of where you been, the MIC liner is perfect for sticky backed patches! *Beautiful*
I just have adopted the fact of my nephew calling everything which is taller than him a monster truck (age 4). So we technically drive all monster trucks. Seems solid enough š¤£.
I literally use it off road daily out here in Texas.
And also go to town in it to the mall.
There is no excuse for mall crawlers anymore. I think you mean the people who put the rubber band wheels on their poor bronco or jeep and make it pointless to be a 4x4. One Little Rock into those...
I mean I could voucher for the pre collision not available warning. So your sensor up front maybe was having a hard time understanding what it was seeing, happened to me when we were out in the trails with heavy HEAVY fog. It seems to lose track of things and doesnāt want to just slam your...
@FowlBronco77 well you see thereās one issue. You canāt remove the whole top off when you have the roof rack on. So the solution was to remove it, I keep it around if I need it, but for summer I usually remove it š
Look for a touchless car wash. Most car washes are too narrow for the 315/70R17s.
Touchless car washes are usually ones that donāt have brushes that beat your car to death, rather use pressure to clean it.
Out of pocket question; but holy shit where have you been all my life! Also where do you get your grill guard, Iāve looked everywhere for one that fits the Everglades?
I donāt know about yaāll but some Lincolnās be having massage chairs in them seats now.
You can get the same treatment for your back going down the nearest dirt road with the ford bronco HAHA!
Minus the hearing loss and hip replacements later on, I say thatās a pretty solid experience.
