If all production is going to reserved orders for the foreseeable future, why isn't 100% name-match required? Seems Ford is giving way too much wiggle room by only requiring 80%.
What exactly is involved in installing the hitch after we buy the Bronco?
Does it just bolt on or does it need to be welded?
I only need a receiver for my bike rack.

Eric told me several days ago that his dealership wasn't able to accept any more transfers.
Otherwise I would have transferred as I live in San Diego.
Of course I will try to find another dealer with an open allocation, but I've already tried to do that, and they aren't taking any more transfers because they don't have enough allocations to even serve the reservations they already have.
I can stomach paying sticker, and one of the few benefits to living in CA is that doc fees are limited to $80 by law.
Now if they try to tack on an "ADM" fee then I guess no Bronco for me.
I emailed the specialist at my dealer yesterday. He got back to me right away. He told me to build my desired bronco online, and then email him the build.
I then emailed him and asked him to tell me about pricing and confirm that they will honor x-plan pricing.
Radio silence....
Ugh.
Non-refundable is ridiculous. It's not like you're ordering some weird vehicle that no one wants and would be hard to sell if you flaked.
Correct me if I am wrong, but if the Bronco showed up at the dealer, and you decided not to buy it, wouldn't they be free to sell it to anyone else and...
