I've been looking at them for a bit. I want more of a stock look so I want to use the factory subwoofer space. I have the top off quite a bit and will start using a tuffy like enclosure.
That's funny. There are a few 24s listed for less than 79k. Those will be 2 years old in 2 weeks. And they want someone to buy one that will be essentially 4 years old at the same price.
I think most people agree with you. And yet some dealers want you to pay MSRP on a 2024 that will be considered 2 years old in 2 weeks. Hell, they are still trying to get people to buy the remaining 2023s for the price of 2024s.
Never noticed that on autotrader since I filter mine down quite a bit more than trim. But you can go to cargurus and they show around the same number of Raptors available but has over 180 pages of Raptors with 20 or so per page. I don't doubt there are quite a few duplicates with some showing as...
I may have helped someone get a great deal on a 2024. I was looking at an OB but fell in love with the Raptor. I told them I couldn't even think of it over 75k. They said no at 1st but came back a month later and agree to my price. I told them I had to move money around since I just bought my...
If you read my post I never said there were more rich guys than regular people. I said there are more rich guys AND people that can afford higher priced vehicles AND people that want to spend however they want AND people that just like the off road look. Combined than people that are hard core...
The problem with your rant is that if people wait it out they can get the car they want at better prices than those rich guys paid. Braptors were going for 110k and more but now you can get one for 78k. Another issue is that the average car is priced around 40k. Then you add in people were not...
Glad no one was hurt. The sad part now is the dealership will say they can't find anything wrong and can't duplicate the issue. But if something bod happened they would come with a printout saying you were doing 6 miles over the speed limit and made an illegal turn in 2022.
People like you are not the problem. Its the ones that get in accidents while not wearing them and they or their family tries to sue the car company. It happens every year. People get hot coffee, spill it on themselves while driving then sue Starbucks for making the coffee hot. Same with cars...
I'm with you on this. I won't buy a used one for 65k to 75k when new are going for for 75k to 83k. Dealers don't understand that some of us want the Raptor but we don't have to buy it. Especially when there are about 4,000 new 24s sitting on lots.
Funny thing is, my dealer said it was by far the color of choice for their female buyers. The times i've seen one it was a woman driver and have a little inside laugh. My top 3 picks were Azure Gray, Shelter Green and Cactus Gray. The green will show every spec of dust and i don't wash my cars...
