Any idea what size oil filter wrench fits the different OEM oil filter on this engine? I know the previous 2.3 Ecoboost used a 76mm 14 flute filter wrench, but the 2.3 MPC is a different OEM oil filter part number…

Hello, there seems to be a lack of DIY oil change info out there for this new engine. Anyone have pertinent data? I’ll take anything I can get. Would really like torque setting for drain plug and oil filter. If no torque spec for oil filter, then how much more rotation after oil filter gasket...

I’ve seen where non-sas rigs like yours and mine may have to remove the intrusion bars to run certain larger tire sizes and wheel offsets. The video below shows this part, starting about the 6 minute mark.

Have a 2Dr 7MT non-SAS Badlands. Personally, I don’t see a huge difference in looks between the 33” and SAS 35”. I went with 4.7 7MT 33” because it’s better at everything, other than some types of wheeling. Significantly less unsprung weight; with all that goes along with that. Handling, CG...

Just got mine this week. Rokblokz front mud flaps, Advanced Wheel locks, fuse panels labeled, threw in recovery gear, first aid kit, couple tourniquets. Put my LaRue SUURG in it for Zombies etc…

No I didn’t know about it, had assumed it would be the previous partially machined finish wheel. For this body color, it’s a very pleasant surprise to my eye… which is subjective I know

I’m far from an expert, but I think it’s the same non-SAS Bandlands wheel as previous model years…. just painted a darker grey now

Mine was supposed to be delivered first week of Oct, now pushed to last week of Oct. I’m assuming it’s the rail transport company, from what I’ve read here in the past.

I think it depends on both when the factory is making a “batch” of 7mt, and on the order priority code your dealer assigned to you. My 2dr 7mt is scheduled for delivery in a week (a little over 3 months from order to delivery), and my order was priority 03. Other order info in my signature
