i have similar situation but about 1 week earlier (4/27 in prod date, BME modules populated since last week, but nothing else in tracker). Ford chat last week said 5/13-19 for dealer arrival but then yesterday said those dates didn't matter because it hadn't been "Built". who do we believe???

not sure you can get the same answer twice. mine has been in production since 4/27 (with blend date of 4/25). first conversation with ford chat said at dealer btwn 5/13-19. now they are saying that date is not delivery but rather when production will be completed

what tracker app gives that level of information?

wish my dealer was as helpful...all i got when i asked him about the window i got from Ford chat was "I think I will see what fords vehicle visibility tells us I will let you know". And then what i got back from that was "I checked on it and it seems to be on schedule at plant in production"

i think the one thing we can agree on is that Ford is inconsistent in how it shares information

you can also go to the Ford website and chat...i got nothing from the 800# person but the chat person gave me a window for delivery. it may depend on who you get when you call
