  1. Tie Rod Sleeve / Brace -- Aftermarket Upgrade Replacement List

Not sure if it would make a difference in that situation but the Broncbuster brace does have a cutout/low profile side for that.
  2. Tie Rod Sleeve / Brace -- Aftermarket Upgrade Replacement List

Sorry, I revised and edited my answer. More towards the inner as seen in this pic. The jamnut probably does add some strength to the section immediately after it.
  3. Tie Rod Sleeve / Brace -- Aftermarket Upgrade Replacement List

The threaded section opposite the nut seems to be the most common place but anywhere along the threaded part is the weak point.
  4. Tie Rod Sleeve / Brace -- Aftermarket Upgrade Replacement List

Basically, yes. I'm not saying they don't work or help, just saying that the braces are probably stronger.
  5. Tie Rod Sleeve / Brace -- Aftermarket Upgrade Replacement List

Because you're still relying on the smaller diameter threaded rod (maybe not the actual threaded section itself) but the braces directly brace the 2 thickest part of the tie rod assembly alleviating the forces on the threaded rod.
  6. 38x13.5r17 Patagonia M/T Sasquatch Badlands 2in Lift/Build Thread Round 2

If you installed a lift that reduced the rake, an alignment would be more needed because you changed the geometry of the front end (riding at a different spot in suspension travel) rather than a front height vs rear height.
  7. 38x13.5r17 Patagonia M/T Sasquatch Badlands 2in Lift/Build Thread Round 2

I have a 3" lift and 37s on mine and here's what I brought to the shop. Note, a lot of shops do not have alignment specs for new Broncos (yet?). I have a Badlands + Sasquatch which is why certain specs are highlighted.
  8. American made rock slider recommendations

No idea where the DV8 ones are made but they're extremely high quality and don't break the bank.
  9. Uncommanded acceleration in 4L

I posted about this before but I've experienced something similar. The shift from 1st to 2nd can be really jarring, to the point that I shift up manually when offroading.
  10. 37” tire rubbing modifications

The actual full length frame. Both my crash bars and the welded brackets they bolt to have been cut off mine.
  11. 37” tire rubbing modifications

Added them to my post above.
  12. 37” tire rubbing modifications

Sasquatch Wheels 3" Icon Spacer lift JKS Big Tire Clearance kit 37x12.5R17 Nitto Trail Grapplers Front tire rubs the frame a tiny bit when at full lock (frame rear of tire).
  13. Just got my JTOP.

Is that a sun shade or solid top?
  14. LCA Skid Plate Creaking

I have the DV8 ones and I have creaking as well. I thought it was coming from my ARB underbody protection but it seems like it might be the control arm skids. I'm going to try torquing the bolts a bit more as well. Luckily my lift required me to hammer out the lower shock studs and use...
  15. DV8 Front Bumper w/ Recessed Winch Previewed on Green 2021 Bronco

This was my dream bumper when we got our Bronco. Quickly realized that this setup wasn't even possible so we opted for the ARB Summit bumper and are extremely happy with it.
  16. 6061 Low profile rock rails

Soooo.. Not sure how hard you plan to wheel with these but only bolting them to the pinch weld seems to be a bad idea as you have effectively created a big lever that will likely bend your pinch weld and stuff these up into your rockers. There's a reason that the stock ones have some sub...
  17. Advancetrac warning after Speedo calibration

Make sure to check your speedo against a GPS speedo. 2800 may have been accepted but it seems that most get a more accurate reading with 37s by setting it to around 2760mm.
  18. PSA: Most 3rd Brake Light Extensions Won't Work on Sasquatch Package

I've seen these "adjustable ones" online and wondered if they'd work. Thanks for confirming.
  19. PSA: Most 3rd Brake Light Extensions Won't Work on Sasquatch Package

In the end I didn't need an extension as I was able to wedge the 37 under the Sasquatch brake light.
