I saw there was previously an app that’s no longer available. I’ve seen some GoPros on trailsights but they seem like they have an insufficient battery. Any other better cameras or recommendations? I’d love to use the Bronco built in camera if possible. Thanks!
I felt compelled to commend Underground Graphics and Greg the owner after a recent experience I had with them. I was looking for a product he had and due to cost decided it was out of my price range. He referred me and helped me find an affordable solution with another company since it was the...
Looks sick. Is the quarter panel removable?
On the mek armor:
Does it give you enough coverage? (excluding obvious front and rear lack of coverage)
Have you gotten scratches with it on?
Does leaving it on too long allow dust and dirt under it to scratch the paint?
How long can you leave it on?
It’s definitely a steep price. I feel I need some sort of protection so I wonder if the mek magnet at $700 would suffice. Then (hopefully) I wouldn’t need to spend the money repainting it
Yea that’s a steep price. I could finish my Bronco build with that number. I found mek magnet covers most of the body at around $700 and I could ppf the rest that it doesn’t cover. Let’s call total to be $1k but obviously I’d rather the ppf option. I’ve considered ppfing it myself and estimate...
Any tips to avoid pinstriping when off-roading? I know they’re to a degree unavoidable. I was considering a full body ppf (con being very pricy) or potential an armor like mek magnet if i can get similar protection at a fraction of the cost (con being I have to reinstall every time and lack of...
Anyone have any 2 door exterior molle panel recommendations? Specifically for rotopax. I’ve seen some roof racks with them and some tailgate/spare tire options. Any others that bolt to the hard top without a full rack?
I did some research and math. It appears the spare can cover 133 pounds. I don't particularly want to be that heavy. The Tire is around 90 (rounding), the rotopax (two 2 pounders) lets call 10 pounds, and the fuel around 25. This would put me around 125 which is definitely pushing it but might work.
Interesting. I'm looking at it now. So help me understand, it requires the $215 mount, and then the $100 tailgate support accessory arm, plus a rotopax all purchased separately correct?
Hey all. I'm going to big bend national park next year and wanted to get a mounted fuel tank for additional capacity on the trip. I am not looking to spend too much (hopefully under $250) and was hoping to get some recommendations on how y'all mount your fuel tanks. I don't have a roof rack so I...
I’m considering getting a roof rack. My issue is I go to the office once or twice a week and will have to remove the rack for that due to clearance issues. Is it worth getting a roof rack if I have it on only occasionally or for just camping trips? How long do they take to pop on and off? I...
