The official Ford email stated that the dealership's allocation would not be affected if the customer decided not to pursue the Raptor.

Yes, the F-150 Raptor has the blue seats as an option.

Price-point is also a consideration. I'm not sure on the Ranger's weight, but the Bronco is not a lightweight lol. 392, doesn't sound cool, either.

I'm in PA, as well. Wider is not better for many of the trails. I want to go to the sand dunes, so the width is not a hinderance and adds stability.

If they are able to execute on that, it will be a game-changer for the consumer.

If they allow the switch, it will put reservation holders in the driver's seat and would be fun see the back-pedaling with dealers going for big ADM's.

I thought about this as well and agree 100% The advantage with the Raptor is they won't have the tremendous volume of orders. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ford is still working on the protocol to handle this type of situation. Several of the dealership reps that are on the forum are still waiting to here back from the Zone reps to get a definitive answer. If there was a solid plan in place, I don't think it would be...

I would say that confused is an understatement lol! Good advice was given in the previous posts. Definitely, get a dialogue going with customer service. so you have a record of this situation.
