    Your dealer can use their allotment of funds as long as the receipt for whatever you decide to use it for is dated September 1st or later.     With rail it is way less likely that it will show up without any notice at all. At some point your dealer should know where it is since the rail car receives a location update for each major rail hub that it arrives at.

    Palsapp isn't an all encompassing transport tracker. Depending on your region, you may have a different shipping company.
