No, I always have my oil changed at the dealership. They always use the Motorcraft 5W30. During the summer, when I am running hard, I get my oil changed 3-5K. I got an oil change package from FMC, I think it was 10 of them.

I live in Arizona and off-road during summer and have experienced those temps. I did install an oil cooler, and that helped with higher temps.

Tu The axle tubes are welded up, as well as the truss. I know some have had good luck with larger tires and the factory button welds, but mine spun within the first 15 times off-road. It may be the luck of the draw. I won't pretend to be innocent, either..

I put 5.13 Yukon gears in 6 months ago and the ProCal already calibrated it perfectly. With gears and 38's it is within 1-2 MPH of the GPS on my radar detector and does not hunt for gears.

You are right; my mileage has drastically dropped also. I know it can't be the 38's, lift, armor, 5.13 gears. The reason I get 10-11 MPG has to be the Winter blend.
