Hardly anyone else understands the allocation process either. No one knows how many can be built or how many to build or the build schedule until after the March 19th end date for 2021 conversion and Ford then determines resources and scheduling.
Remember also: the allocations given so far are preliminary. A dealer shouldn't be trying to tell you what your chances of getting a MY2021 Bronco are at this time. No one knows how many will go to each dealer. No one knows how many reservations will be converted to orders. No one know how many...
It has already been made clear that any additional deposit is to be determined by the dealer. Ford is not going to be requiring any additional deposit.
I started on a manual beetle so no tach there. Iāve also owned a Mazda 323 GTX with digital circus gauge. Fun to look at. When it was new. Almost never used it to shift. So, like many others, what the tach looks like doesnāt matter.
Also, remember, we havenāt really seen what the dash looks...
Remember the final drive ratio is different in the Bronco. With the manual it is 4.46:1 which will make it much quicker than the Explorer. With the 10A it will be at 3.73 or depending on the model 4.27 or 4.46 or with Sasquatch 4.70. All of those will be quicker than the Explorer with its 3.58...
I have BB reserved but after adding options it was only $100 less than BD. Iād rather have the MGV seats so Iāll switch when I order. Only adding sound insulation and tow package to 2Dr.
I don't think that's what that means. The advanced system can lock the front and rear axles together just like they would be with the manual 4WD. It is not a locker for either differential. That's a seperate option. Its more like an advanced All-Wheel drive system that switches to normal four...
Getrag operates a joint venture with Ford headquartered in Cologne, Germany. That is not all of Getrag though. They have two other joint ventures with Chinese manufacturers and also supply drivetrain parts for many other companies. According to Wikipedia.
I've reserved through Best Ford in Nashua. I bought an F350 and my stepson bought an F350 from them and they have treated us well so far. Both vehicles over 80,000 miles so there is some history. I have to see how the discounts shake out though. Best has said they will honor MSRP.
