I’m curious if you got yours yet? I also ordered in November and every month they give me a new excuse. The last time I asked for an update I was told they still have to make the clamps which will be another couple weeks

Thats ridiculous. They make it seem like the machining for each order is what takes so long but it’s becoming pretty obvious they have a lot of other issues.

Yikes, I’m 8959 from November 24th and keep hounding them for updates every other month. Very reluctant to answer. But they said mine are machined and waiting for powder coating. That could mean one more month or 3 more, they probably have no idea.

How are you guys expecting to get lead times down to 4 weeks in the next month or two when there are people still waiting 28 weeks since ordering in September? That math makes no sense to me. There is zero possibility you finish 6 months worth of orders by May and then be able to complete orders...

For anyone still waiting, I finally got a response from their customer service. They are currently machining end of October to mid November. I ordered November 24 and was told mine should begin machining next week. Should be completed in 4 weeks. Order 8958, 17 weeks in and looking like another...

Exactly, I understand machining these steps out of a billet of aluminum will take time, but be honest about it. Their website still says 12 weeks and they keep adding new vehicles to make them for. Either accept the fact these take forever to make and update your lead time to 26+ weeks or expand...

If they were upfront about the wait I would have bought something half the price that would be at my door a week later. I just had a painful wait for my bronco, now I have to wait even longer for some running boards that I paid way too much for.
