That makes sense but is this good in the sense it's an easy fix, or not a major issue? At this point if it's a mechanical issue, I don't understand why it took 2 weeks to figure it out.... Pretty frustrated with Ford overall right now.
Mine wasn’t drivable.Couldn’t even turn the steering wheel. 🤦🏼♀️ And I don’t have 4A. Seems like a lot of these are cropping up though so I’m starting to wonder how many of us there are with this type issue.

I have the phone to Ford customer service somewhere if you want it. They’ll call your dealer and just basically open a case and check in with you. I called mine. Repeatedly. Lol.
