Not to hijack the thread, but does it seem like the light cover will come off easily? I would like to replace the LEDs with red to attract less bugs while doorless and camping. I spoke briefly with IAG and they said there's just not a market for it.
At $30, I may try foot pegs, just to see why anyone would want pegs in the first place.
As for hangers, Budget Bronco has a YouTube video on budget wall mounts for for his 2 door. 4 door is lighter, so I'd assume they would work the same. There's a bunch of ideas for DIY door holders on the...
Wife has a ranger. Bronco shares some parts with it. When one goes down, it will be a parts vehicle, complete with a 2.3l engine. I could see similar or more complete ideologies with bronco on bronco action for long term returns. Thought the trans was the same, but it's not, despite being a...
I knew goat mades changed throttle control and trans shift points. I was unaware it also changes steering and handling. I may have to look into this further for myself...
I'd imagine much like early 90's turbo lag, if you drive it long enough, your conform to the vehicle. I came from a 92...
I also have a badlands. Whenever I need that thrill, I switch to economy mode for a tank of gas, then go back to normal mode. I've heard of people doing the forscan trick to add sport mode, but I've also heard it sometimes throws error codes as well or something like that. Enough that some have...
My '22 4 door badlands 2.3 has had all different fill-up reading ranging from 320 miles to 404 miles to empty on a fill up. Without a way to limit variables, I suspect there will be variations. I'm sure even the air temp may have something to do with it, no matter how small.
A v8. An electric. A diesel (what I'm hoping for)
Think I remember reading about a new Ford patent for a remote system. I think it's like a scissor lift controller. I assume it's to spot yourself. Imagine a seat mounted to your roof with a handheld controller; almost like third person view in a...
See, I think bronco nation is a social media platform specifically for bronco. This is more of an almost wiki technical site full of knowledge on all things of bronco. I can check TSBs, recalls, and even see reviews of aftermarket accessories.
And no. Didn't compare anything. Simply stating I...
I too realize every company has some level of disgruntled employee(s). But if you are going to pay labor costs for the vehicle to be built and labor costs again to change it and possibly void warranty. I understand the cost savings if someone were to change parts anyway, but the little things...
I have similar build. Badlands SAS high pack. Confident everything works together as it should. No concerns for wheel rub, disgruntled employee doing shady install, or paying for labor costs to change stuff.
I don't. I lack the ability to decern social cues. The problem with reading is the lack of context. I asked a legitimate question if there was anything comparable to bronco based on requirements and am now finding out there's a cult like following, which includes secret Santa or something...
Didn't know Toyota still made the pickup and the FJ. Ranger doesn't come with washout interior or 360 cam as far as I know. Aren't land rovers expensive? And a Colorado has washout interior?
Aftermarket does exist. But lack of warranty and additional costs... I'd rather buy it cheaper with...
Does jeep not have a cult? I don't hate them, just never driven one, though I hear road manners aren't great. Wash out interior? 360 camera? Large wheels and suspension from factory? Half of my work day is spent in a rural manufacturing setting. The other half is deep woods logging. Need to be...
