I cancelled my first reservation 3 months ago. I'm thinking to cancel my 2nd reservation now for the same reasons you mention here. It's just tough paying that much money and not getting what you thought you can get.
The one without the doors and top is also available on Amazon:

I wouldn't mind not having the leather, but if you get the 4 door the power adjustable seats for the passenger and driver is only available with the leather option. I have a tough time getting a manual seat adjusted just right with manual seat, so I guess I have to get the leather too.
I hope...
I remember a lot of people made fun of FJ Cruiser having so much plastic (dash included). I think Bronco beats the FJ in that area.
The dash I've seen on these pre-production Broncos is shiny and really cheap looking for a $50K SUV.
The photos of the concept models showing the light...
Exactly! Nothing beats not having to go to a gas station again and spend around $70 or so to fill-up. Charging is sooooo much cheaper. I installed a 220V charger at home and all I had to do was to plug in at night. I also never noticed much of a jump in my electric bill to be concerned. I...
For a lot of people it's a paradigm shift to think fully electric. It is doable and it's going to be the way of near future. I leased an electric car for two years and it was hard to go back to gas afterwards. It just takes getting used to and you'll never miss the gas again.
For now and few...
Everyone needs to know here that factory ordering any vehicle is the easiest money maker for the dealership. It literally takes them a few minutes to do the paperwork (if they know what they are doing) I know, because I've factory ordered several vehicles to my specs before.
There's no...
Yes. I leased an Explorer from them back then. Some of the best local sales team who didn't switch jobs or dealerships every six months. I think they were salary paid. Unfortunately, most dealerships are turning into dealers like EPIC, HARRIS, SOUND FORD, etc etc.
I'm not sure, but Bickford...
Yeah, it's not looking too promising. I'm getting too discouraged with the whole build and price options and the way each different dealer is going to play hard ball selling these things.
Honestly, I'm probably going to bail and cancel, wait a year or two when the dust settles. I just...
Exactly. With the exception of handful of few dealers in the east coast all other dealers WILL charge you an ARM and a LEG for anything they sell (given the right opportunity and right buyer).
You know there are always those people dumb enough that pay anything the dealers ask.
What is Fugate Ford willing to sell for? Too bad they're too far away from me.
I am tentatively with Dwyane Lane Ford in Burlington, WA, but haven't heard a thing from them.
:ROFLMAO::LOL::ROFLMAO::LOL::ROFLMAO: Right.... that same dealer won't buy your Bronco back for at least $5K less than what you pay if you try to sell it to them the same week.
Find another dealer or get your deposit back and find something else. Don't let the dealer be like the other scalpers charging whatever they want (unless you just won the lottery and really want it that bad).
