Till now I could actually see that the vehicle was alive through FordPass app, being driven (first 6 miles, then 24, last status was 40 miles) but for last 2 weeks it apparently was not touched so it went in a deep sleep mode and has stopped communicating. I think it's just sitting in some yard...

No luck, no escalations they can do as the vehicle still says it’s in production.

I will try to do that now, hopefully they can escalate my case too.

I hear you, what is more irritating than the delay is the lack of insight and a proper ETA. I'd feel slightly better if they say something like "We are waiting for this part XYZ and so your delivery is delayed by at least 2 week....." And Ford Marketing I think is seeing the same tracker which...

Me too i will unplug stop tracking and just wait till i receive some communication from dealer. Hope the certificates don't expire by the time my vehicle arrives.

Are there cases where the tracker still says In Production and the vehicle is delivered?
