Since you are out near Philly, I would guess that you are via rail. If you call your dealer and ask them if they receive their Ranger/Broncos via rail or convoy, they should be able to give you an answer.
I am at Hoffman Ford is Harrisburg. We receive all of our Broncos via convoy, which is why the shipping is so quick. I believe that Chapman in Horsham is via rail.
All of my DM Broncos now show what seems to be their original ETA date, along with "Pending Update" in Vehicle Visibility. This isn't a built email, but at least there is something going on with these orders.
I am sorry to hear that your dealer hasn't kept you in the know. I try to keep all of my customers informed as soon as I hear more about their order. If I could look up your order on VV I would, but I don't have access to see other dealer's info. If you have the time, I would go over to your...
Have you had this confirmed by your dealer? If you haven't done so, I would ask to see the "vehicle visibility report" on your order to confirm that it was actually shipped.
A nice Velocity Blue Ranger Tremor just arrived at my store today. Lord give me the strength to resist this amazing little truck and patiently wait for my Bronco!
Thanks for sticking with us! As a reward for being so loyal, here is a video that we posted on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram for the entire world to see.
They must be confused. Ford put a halt to the reservation process for 21MY, but you can still enter a 21MY order into the order bank without a reservation. Your order probably won't be pulled, since it is a Badlands.
So in a completely unrelated note, yesterday I finally convinced my father to order a Bronco after months of him being on the fence (currently owns a Jeep). He didn't want anything fancy, so I ordered him a Base 4-Door with a soft top, 2.3L, and a few smaller options. This morning I am sitting...
Yea, the Philly area is a strange one. I know that dealers in the Harrisburg/Lancaster area are convoy, but anything past that is rail. It might take a week or two after it is loaded onto the railcar for you to get your Bronco.
Our Broncos have all been delivered the same day that vehicle visibility changed to "shipped". I would check your window sticker and make sure that your order isn't coming by rail. All of our orders are delivered from MAP via convoy.
I don't want to say it is impossible, but stranger things have happened. On our back-end tool, we can hide incoming units from our site, and this is typically the case with ordered units. Recently, our dealer rep suggested that we make a few of our Broncos visible on the site in order to...
I had another soft top Bronco (Build date 9/9) escape the Michigan Assembly Penitentiary this morning. My 5 MIC inmates are still sitting at "Produced".
It means that they estimate it will take 3 days to get to you. It often takes a day or two after the build notification for the vehicle to actually ship.
