You are absolutely right Rubi. But the Wrangler tires on their website, including the MTs, are listed as 31.7 in that size. That is why I said I believe. I have the 285/70/17on my Jeep, Falken ATs, and they are right at 32" inflated.
Here is a link to the GY MT specs...
Vehicles to me are like a box of chocolates. Got to try different ones to figure out what ones you like.
I liked caramels until a tried a buttercream. Then I tried a pecan turtle, love em.
I have bought 45 vehicles that I can remember. Different vehicles suited different needs and life events...
My 2016 JKU WW got 18 around town, 20 highway. Same with my 2020 Gladiator. (both 3.6)
I had 8 Jeeps starting with a 68 CJ. No major issues with any.
I am considering a Bronco for the IFS. Want to compare its' ride to the solid axle Jeep. I am not worried about heavy off roading because that is...
In my humble opinion, there will be Broncos available for retail sale on dealers' lots. People will order and then back out when the vehicle arrives. It is going to happen.
Now, the dealers may want a premium price for the inventory Broncos, so people will have to decide if they want to overpay...
So the doc appears to be a dealer drafted doc. If you are concerned with a commitment, add a phrase at the end "if the delivered vehicle meets my satisfaction."
You may bounce twice when they throw you out the door, but give it a shot.
I used to hang out on the Wrangler Forums, still visit every now and then. Spend most time on the Gladiator Forum.
There are some narrow minded people, but in all, not much Bronco bashing. About the same as Jeeps get bashed on this forum.
I don't get it. Broncos will be nice, Jeeps are nice...
What confused me is your use of "unthinkable." Sounds like a good decision for you and a well thought decision.
If you do not like the Sport, you can always trade it in the future for a Bronco.
When I bought my last Jeep, the salesman said you can remote start from your phone. You can, but in order to do that, the vehicle has to have remote start. It is not a feature that the app ads if the vehicle is not equipped with remote start.
Do not know if that is the case with the Bronco but...
Over on the Gladiator Forum this guy had a video and pics of what he was doing. Basically doing the hold my beer and watch this thing. Jeep was covered with mud top to bottom when he towed it to the dealer.
Warranty does not cover stupidity.
I am sure everyone saw the video of the fellow...
I watched the Gladiator Forum pre-release. Much of the same comments and consternation on that Forum while the members were waiting for information/ delivery.
There will always be a few delays, but in the end, everything turns out ok.
Be patient. These are production vehicles, not a limited...
I thought the same thing, but I did not know what a SCA Package was, so I had to know. For those who are interested, (if you can get past the guy's sun glasses), it seems like a well designed package:
Check out the Bronco Sport Forum. Not nearly as active as this Forum, but they have a lot of good pics and threads from members who took delivery. Seems like most just showed up at the dealer an bought one off the lot.
Jeeps used to be all two doors. The four door was a sales game changer. Vast majority sold are four door jeeps, but two doors have their place.
Most prevalent reason two door I hear is break over. I am not worried about break over, so I like the four door versions of Jeeps and Broncos
I got a Gladiator to drive for a few years to give the Broncos a chance to hit dealer lots. Don't want to stand in line to pay full boat and not inclined to purchase a vehicle that I have not driven.
I fully intend to get a Bronco, owned many full size ones in the past, but still want to drive...
For the last 30 years I have had a Jeep in the garage as a weekend pleasure vehicle. Current one is a JT.
No hard core four wheeling, just go around the trails at the camp. In all honesty, I could probably do the trails in an Escape.
Last thing I would want to do is take a $40-50K plus daily...
