The PremiumCARE pdf on Flood Ford's site says the "PCM Module" is covered.

Convertible tops and exterior body panels are specifically stated as not covered by the Ford extended warranties.

My Black Diamond build is almost identical and prices out only $50 more. Not saying a BD is better for your situation, just fyi. Edit: Well, forgot to add the HD Modular Front Bumper which is another $575 on BD.

The begining of this Edmunds review shows a non-squatch Black Diamond on the street. He specifically compares it to a Wrangler.

Why did they reuse the Maverick name? "Ford Maverick" has negative connotations for anybody over 45. If they're going to reuse a name they should have gone with "F-100". Edit to add, I think Ford will sell a ton of them.

I also dropped the tow package week before last after a call from my dealer following an email from me to change paint color. No VIN yet. They suggested dropping MIC also, but I was unwilling to do that. My order is a 4 door BD, V6, mid package, MIC. Edit to add I did a July 14 reservation.
