Ordered mine June 17. Still hasnāt arrived. Guess Iāll start trying to contact them tomorrow. This is becoming more and more common with most fabricators.
Appreciate all the installation tips!
Iāve owned enough Fords over the years to know their quality can be pretty bad. But fortunately my February built Badlands has excellent paint quality and door/hood alignment gaps are nearly perfect. Fordās problem is consistency. Itās just not there.
I haven't financed a car or motorcycle since I was in my 20's. Years ago, I decided that I did not want to go into debt for depreciable assets. I could either pay for it in cash or I could wait. And that has not changed in 35 years. Not judging - it is just what I decided to do.
Flipping it back is a little stiff the first few times, but now it flips back and closes with very little effort. I can step out on my rock sliders at a traffic light and have it flipped back in 30 seconds.

It is just another option. For me the design, quality, and appearance are better than the Ford top but others like the Ford top better and thatās great. Choices are good to have.
Trek and Ford soft top noise level is about the same I like the Trek appearance and design much better.
Last weekend as the rain started to fall, I was able to flip the top closed and latched it while stopped at a traffic light. That was not possible with the Ford top.
